Beautifying the town in which we live is a high priority for our
members. To that end our civic projects include:
- Traffic Island Garden Design and Maintenance throughout the town of
Sudbury
- Town Center Holiday Decorations, Sudbury Town Center
- Hosmer House Holiday Decorations
- Sudbury Historical Society

- Participant in Sudbury 9-11 Memorial Garden Committee
- Arbor Day Planting, varies from year to year
- Town Daffodil Trail Development
- Memorial Day Geranium Planting, Grinnell Park and
Wadsworth Cemetery
- Goodnow Public Library Projects: Maintenance of the Children’s
Garden, Floral Accents in the Children’s Library, Holiday
Decorations, Workshops for Children through the Children’s Library
Program
- Scholarship Project: Scholarship for Lincoln-Sudbury High School
Senior(s) planning to pursue horticultural or environmental studies

As an active organization, we are continually planning and
organizing events around our members’ talents and interests and our
desire to enhance the environment in which we live. If you are

Proceeds from our yearly fundraisers are used to fund civic projects
and to provide a scholarship. These fundraisers have included:
- A tour of the Secret Gardens of Sudbury
- Antique show and auction
- holiday poinsettia sale
The 2008 Fundraiser, “It Might As Well Be Spring!”
with Bill Graham, will take place on April 2. Tickets are on sale
now.
